Cambridge’s Møller Centre has been listed by Business Weekly, the newspaper for business innovation in the East of England in their ‘New Year Honours List’. Listed under service providers the Business Weekly citation reads:
'Possibly saving the best till last, The Møller Centre becomes the first ever conference venue to appear in our Honours. The Møller Centre is the only dedicated, residential executive training and conference centre in Cambridge. Based at Churchill College, it is more than stunning and stimulating environment for business gatherings. The whole atmosphere created at the venue by a management determined to ensure organisations derive the maximum from their event is an object lesson to corporate events venues everywhere.‘
Mark Carberry, Sales and Marketing Manager for The Møller Centre, said ‘We are delighted to receive this recognition, especially as this comes from businesses in the East of England, many of whom are our clients. Service is at the core of what we do, starting from the first point of contact with a client and working with them every step of the way to ensure a successful outcome for their event.’
This month BDRC (an independent market research agency specialising in hospitality) announced the launch of the new ‘VenueVerdict Gold Standard’, awarded only to venues delivering the very highest levels of customer satisfaction over a period of time, based on large volumes of customer feedback. Of the 200 venues taking part in this survey, only 17 achieved Gold standard, of which The Møller Centre was one.
If I could thank you again for all your help with our event - everyone and everything was incredible!!! As far as food goes - feedback from delegates is fantastic - could not ask for better.
